Bookings
Once payment is made, all tickets are non-refundable. However, if we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a partial refund.
Minors cannot travel unaccompanied. They must be accompanied by an adult over 18 or a legal guardian. A child travel consent letter must be carried throughout the tour when a minor travels without a parent but with a legal guardian or another family member.
Cancellation Policy
Budget Travel Community reserves the right to cancel trips due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the booking fee will be refunded. However, we are not liable for any additional tickets or bookings made outside our package.
Punctuality
All coaches or minibuses will depart on schedule. Please ensure you arrive at the pickup point before time, considering potential traffic delays. Late arrivals resulting in missed departure will not qualify for a refund.
Seat Allocation
Passengers are required to remain in their assigned seats for the entire trip. Changing or swapping seats after boarding is not allowed.
Front seats may be available for purchase on the selected tour. Single passengers and children are not eligible to book front seats.
Weather Conditions
Trips will proceed regardless of weather conditions & Unforeseen Circumstances. Please note that unexpected situations beyond our control may require itinerary changes.
Health and Safety
Infants under 2 years must have their own child seat, which participants are responsible for bringing.
Participants must ensure they are in good health and physically capable of participating in trip activities. Any medical conditions or dietary needs should be disclosed during booking.
Travelers are responsible for their own safety throughout the trip.
By participating, you acknowledge inherent travel risks, including accidents, illness, or unforeseen events, and release Budget Travel Community from liability for such risks.
Budget Travel Community is not responsible for loss, injury, or damage during the trip, including accidents, illnesses, death or theft.
Travelers are encouraged to purchase travel insurance from third-party providers for additional coverage.
Individual and Group Responsibility
Upon booking, participants are responsible for ensuring their group complies with the terms and conditions.
Participants must possess valid passports, visas, or any other required documentation for travel. Budget Travel Community is not liable for any costs or issues arising from insufficient documentation.
All participants must behave respectfully and responsibly toward fellow travellers, staff, and residents.
Behavioral Guidelines
Aggressive behaviour, including verbal abuse or physical altercations, toward drivers, organizers, or other participants is strictly prohibited. Violators will be removed from the trip without a refund.
No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited on the coaches and at accommodations.
For Overnight Trips or Holidays
Room Allocation
Rooms are typically allocated for 2 to 3 occupants. Requests for double occupancy rooms (2 people) may be subject to additional charges payable at the time of deposit. Solo travelers may also be required to pay an extra fee. Participants are responsible for their belongings during the trip.
Any damage caused to property, accommodations, or transport will result in charges that participants must pay.
Some accommodations may require a deposit, which will be refunded if no damages occur. Refunds will only be processed once the property supplier confirms no issues.
Media and Promotion
Authorized representatives may use images or videos captured during trips for promotional purposes, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials.
By participating in activities or events, you consent to the use of your image or video for such purposes.
If you prefer not to have your image or videos used for marketing, you must notify the Budget Travel Community team. After that, no changes can be made.
Personal information shared during the booking process may be used for marketing purposes, such as contacting you for feedback or notifying you about future trips.
